Second phase of Shepherd-Durham redesign in Houston’s Heights to proceed mostly as planned
Mayor John Whitmire announced Tuesday that his administration reached a compromise with the Memorial Heights Redevelopment Authority on a long-planned infrastructure project, which his administration paused in April. The parallel north-south thoroughfares will be reduced from four vehicle lanes to three as originally proposed.
