@SKleefeld Not only law enforcement. Doctors do the same to avoid accountability for scams they perpetrate.
I went to an eye doctor in Czech Republic in a large medical facility. They gave me a paper to sign that if I record them (which is my right according to § 88 or the Civil Code) and it causes them any damages, I promise to pay the damages. I crossed that out, signed the form and they accepted me anyway.
However later the eye doctor gave me a stamped and signed medical report which stated he did 4 medical procedured which he definitely didn't do, because he said my eye infection prevents correct measurement of the eyes, and I was standing up the whole time and these tests require sitting down to machines, and we went to no machines.
1) Non-contact eye pressure measurement by a machine, left eye
2) Non-contact eye pressure measurement by a machine, right eye
3) Autorefractometer machine measurement of left eye
4) Autorefractometer machine measurement of right eye
This wastes my yearly limit on medical produceres and makes the compulsory health insurance, which I consider an extortion racket, more expensive.
Many online articles criticize that this kind of medical insurance fraud is widespread in Czech Republic and that tens of millions dollars are wasted by this.
I feel
e x t r em e l y s t r o n g c o n t e m p t
towards the Czech regime when I experience this and read about how much it is prevalent.
