When we don't have adequate housing available, when the shelter option separates couples or people from their pets, why does anyone think this will work at addressing homelessness? Is this just another instance of #MayorBreed using homelessness as a campaign tactic? This is a waste of resources that just hurts people who are already struggling. It is cruel. It is vicious.

I wonder when I read things like this how #MayorBreed and the "#moderate" politicians in #SanFrancisco can still advocate for the homeless sweeps, the compulsory treatment schemes - when SF clearly cannot provide critical care for the people described in this piece.
