When we don't have adequate housing available, when the shelter option separates couples or people from their pets, why does anyone think this will work at addressing homelessness? Is this just another instance of #MayorBreed using homelessness as a campaign tactic? This is a waste of resources that just hurts people who are already struggling. It is cruel. It is vicious.
