FIRST OF ALL: open their original page (at the instance they have an account on).
1️⃣ Zero posts: BLOCK
2️⃣ Minimal/pointless description: BLOCK
3️⃣ If posts are boosts only: BLOCK
4️⃣ If reply-posts make no sense: BLOCK
5️⃣ Big tits prominently shown: BLOCK
6️⃣ Hiding who they follow is an indication (this one does not). Check whom they follow: if it are accounts with lots of followers or seemingly random accounts: BLOCK.
