Jason K JonesI only took time to do one of the practice exercises over the holiday for #MastoArtStudyNumber1, but it was still very informative. I mostly do figures, so drawing a car, even from reference and very quickly, was informative. The most salient observation I made was my impulse to make the side of the car longer even though the box has relatively equal length sides stretching from the front vertex.

Don't worry if you haven't finished yours and still want to upload. We still have a week until the next exercise. Feel free to continue your sketching if you want to! I didn't have that much time myself, so I only made this one sketch. It was nice to practice on paper again though I messed up some stuff.
lepunktnoirThis was HARD for me and I only managed to do two cars. I’ll try doing the third one as well at some point because I obviously need the perspective practice. 
SamuelThank you @BenjaminBrinckmann for the great idea of introducing #MastoArtStudy. I haven't drawn with pencils for quite a while, so this was a fun refresher! Breaking down complex objects into boxes and other primitives certainly is something I'll try to do more often from now on.
I also shouldn't haven chosen the cheapest smooth copy paper to draw on... but whatever, this was just an exercise.

Well this is hard, i also might have went a little overboard with the perspective guides. I think i will give it another go with the other cars and maybe try to be a little more loose with it.
