She gets her Gastro tube. They are in the hospital for 10 days. Mom spends the entire time in panic because they are surrounded by severe RSV and the little one had to be hospitalized last year with RSV.
Her husband watched his daughter stop breathing, and that wouldnt have happened like that without the cirrent crisis.
I cant look at people who refuse to mask and not think that they are willing to let this baby die.
Again, this was a NECESSARY surgery, but not judged EMERGENCY at the moment. So they went home.
4 days later the little ones father is feeding her and she severely aspirates, turns purple and stops breathing. Thankfully Dad is an emergency room nurse and knows what to do, and they rush to the ER.
Finally they are admitted. She is 1 of 2 kids in a pediatric hospital ICU who isn't in respiratory distress.
