Statue of #Manjusri #Bodhisattva at Abe Monju-in. Abe Monju-in was built as a family temple by Abe Kuradashimaro, the minister of the left during the Taika Reforms. It is counted as one of #Japan's three Monjusri, along with Kirito Monjusri (#Kyoto) and Kameoka Monjusri (Yamagata). Created by Kaikei, it is popular as Manjushri of Wisdom, and many people visit it to pray for academic success.
