可悲的是，当代的满洲人实际上根本没有资格被称为是一个民族，最多只能算一种身份或文化的标签。
在中国各个民间群体都遭到共产党的打压，但是即使如此像女权LGBT环保动保这样的群体，都依然具备不可忽视的组织能力。像藏人维吾尔人蒙古人这样被中共严密控制的民族群体，在海外都有成体系的力量。
相比之下，当代的满洲人连自我组织的意愿都及其低下，组织能力都比不上任何一个动漫ACG圈子。所谓满洲人即使在海外只能混在所谓华人群体当中，偶尔把满洲身份当成其吹牛的资本。一旦遭遇任何排斥和攻击，几乎只能选择靠共产党来撑腰。
而共产党只会把满洲人当成维护其中华民族团结史观的工具。至于满洲文化的自由发展那是想都别想。
