Zeit für die nächsten #MtgArenaStats und zwar für #MTGFIN

Ich muss vorweg sagen, dass ich mit Final Fantasy bisher rein gar nichts am Hut hatte. Daher war der Hype bei mir nicht vorhanden.

Das Set war ok, Draften war spaßig und mit 55,4% Winrate auch im üblichen Bereich. Ein paar Artworks fand ich doof und die Through the Ages Karten echt schrecklich.

Constructed nach der Set Rotation fand ich etwas schwierig, da habe ich noch nicht so die Decks fürs Ranked Play beisammen, wie man am Silber Rang ablesen kann.

Naja, ansonsten ist halt der Dauerbrenner: es kommen zu viele Sets raus, man fühlt sich dann doch echt gehetzt. Und dass auch immer zwingend 2 neue Mechaniken eingeführt werden, machts nicht übersichtlicher.

Well, it only took 14 drafts, but I finally got my first trophy with this "decent at best" Dimir control deck.

Nothing amazing but it got the job done. Probably because I'm only in Silver.

I'm really crap at this format. 😅 I mean, at Draft in general too, but specifically Final Fantasy.  

I wish it weren't going away so damn soon. I want to keep exploring this draft environment.

This sure was a weird draft. Got passed a bunch of Town stuff in Pack 2 and just decided to go with it.

Base Bant artifact/ramp with 5 color shenanigans.

Went 2-1 overall, really put up a fight against the guy who won it all.

I know there were a million characters to feature, and she *technically* got two cards, but I feel they did my girl Garnet dirty by not giving her any special art treatment. Her actual card is so cool and would make a great commander, so why not give the people* what they want?

The #MTGFIN bonus sheet is the wildest thing they’ve done in a while. The art goes from beautiful and iconic Amano concept illustrations to grainy, pixelated FMV stills that look like they were scanned from the January 2002 edition of PlayStation Magazine. That’s almost Pokémon TCG levels of nonsense
