MRI Accident happened on or about October 16, 2023, at a hospital in Bangladesh when a transport person brought the patient (on oxygen) into the MRI room (shared MRI / CT suite without zoning / access controls). No word yet on injuries.

Just look at how the base of the oxygen cylinder is folded-in from the force against the MRI scanner!
