House GOP denied votes on all Democratic amendments to the NDAA, including on limiting troop usage.

Rs favored to get a very narrow majority in the House, but the path for Ds is still there and still very possible. It'll come down to finding those 4 districts in the last bullet point imo. I think Dems will finish somewhere between 215-219 seats
