Die Strahlzeitanträge für das #MAXIV-#Synchrotron sind eingegangen, ich habe 13 Stück zum Schiedsrichtern bekommen.

Zum Wochenende kündigen sich die Anträge auf Strahlzeit am #MAXIV-#Synchrotron in #Lund an, die ich bis zum Monatsende begutachte; erste April-Woche ist dann die lange Videoschalte des Komitees, welchen Experimenten wir die verfügbare Zeit zuweisen können.

“You'll have two to three weeks” zum Lesen der Anträge, aber ich bin in der Zeit ungefähr vier Wochen dienstreisend 🤣 …

#MATRAC 1 School: Application of Neutrons and Synchrotron Radiation in Engineering #MaterialsScience

The focus of the practical training will be on #synchrotron experiments. Participants will spend two days doing experiments at the GEMS/#DESY @DESYnews beamlines at PETRA III in Hamburg and at #MAXIV in #Lund.

The school will take place in the period 12.03. - 17.03.2023 in Lauenburg/Hamburg and in Lund, Sweden.
