It is located in #Lyubotyn. The total cost of the project is almost 73 million hryvnias, said the head of the #Kharkiv_OVA #Oleg_Sinegubov.
The shelter is designed for 400 people. The heating, ventilation, and water supply systems have been installed here, and a diesel generator has been installed in case of a long-term power outage. The school is also adapted for people with disabilities.
