Scalin' the peak this #FalsettoFriday with the incomparable Al Green ca. 1976. Got to see him live at LA's Wiltern Theatre back in 1989 - man, was that AN EVENT. I arrived in ripped jeans & faded Germs (GI) t-shirt, while nearly everyone else was decked out in their best formal evening wear! But when the lights dimmed and that voice started in . . . I had shivers down my spine all night long.
