The #Ihmezentrum in #Hannover is a huge inhabited #lostplace with seemingly endless spots like this one. If you're not afraid of dark figures like this one, it's an exciting place for photo shoots in the early morning hours or in the evening. This photo was taken while I was waiting for my chance to take the picture from the day before yesterday after sunset.

These are the ruins of what was planned to be Germany's largest nuclear power plant. Construction began in 1982 near Stendal. After visiting the site over eight years ago, I saw a fascinating documentary about it. Entire residential areas were built for the workers. In the end, the project failed due to a shortage of materials and the fall of the Berlin Wall.

As far as I understood, an ambitious collector in Bad Oyenhausen, Germany, collected things like these aircrafts, buses, and other old equipment to create a museum. That didn't work out. I was there almost exactly 10 years ago, and everything was already rotting away behind barbed wire fences. By now, everything is gone.
