Colin PurringtonToday I learned that retailers who use Shopify and Loox have tricks to deceive customers. (1) Shop owners can pack positive reviews at top of displayed reviews. Only 10 featured reviews allowed but if you have 10 products that means the first several pages of reviews will be 100% positive and you are not told they are featured.
