One thing that I just realised and saddens me about #Unity: fewer native Linux games.

Unity was great because it was widespread and had Linux as a target build. I acquired a good deal many DRM-free, Linux-native Unity games on GOG, such as Spirit Farer, Streets of Rage 4, Catlateral Damage, Oxenfree, Firewatch, Never Alone, or The Lightbringer.

These are all beautiful, lovely games, and I don't think I'll see the likes of them after the Unity changes. I am skeptical that mass developer migrations to Godot or Unreal will happen.

I'd love to be proven wrong, though.
