It replaced Linear's #MCP server for me. Why? Because that thing consumes 13k tokens just by connecting to #ClaudeCode et al. Linearis uses less than 1k. For models w/ smaller context windows this makes a diff!

It's fast and does everything I need 🤩

Man, I love #LinearApp but all available #CLI tools for it are …not what I am looking for, i.e.

- executable w/ clear tool → sub-tool structure
- outputs JSON
- works in scripts
- works for #LLM #agents (w/o eating 13k context tokens like the MCP server)

So: Fuck it, I'm currently writing my own.

How is Jira Cloud *so so* bad? Filtering takes 10s of seconds, with no visual indicator anything is happening. How is that a thing in 2023?

Here’s to hoping I can use #linearapp someday. They get it.

Trying out https://linear.app as the next tool for a task-based workflow. Its keyboard shortcuts are _everywhere_ which is right up my alley. Once you get into a flow, UI should move to the background.
