It's interesting - that flaw the Valiant crew found sounds an aweful lot like the flaw Tuvok found in the enemy ship blocking them from rescuing Tom and Neelix from the planet in #Lifesigns.

Good ending. 👍

Danara Pel's decision to not live as an illusion and be herself until the end is the opposite of what happened with Vina in "The Cage" and "The Menagerie".
#AllStarTrek This is pretty interesting contrast to last night's/week's #DeathWish. In both episodes the guest characters Q and Danara want die, but for different reasons, and with different final decisions.
I wonder if it was a conscious decision to air them back-to-back. 🤔

#AllStarTrek This is a pretty good The Doctor meet-cute episode.
#AllStarTrek Danara Pel gets it on her first encounter with The Doctor, "You're a simulation?"
Yep, does that mean The Doctor is "alive" or merely a simulation with behaviors to help his patients be more comfortable. There's that question again, whether the LLM/chatbot line has been crossed? 🤔
