I hope a lot of musicians are getting rich from royalties for all the hold music played by finance orgs, government agencies and customer services/complaints departments. I am averaging at least an hour a day waiting. The announcements about going to their website (which of course I tried first) are annoying interruptions to the music. Maybe the licensors could stipulate no interruptions, then at least I may get a decent concert. #LifeOnHold
