@The_Whore_of_Blahbylon Back in 1997, when I left California on a driving walkabout to see where I would live next, I got a library card at every town I stayed in for any length of time. Libraries are like lifeblood- restorative, peaceful, filled with necessary resources. Many are also beautiful buildings to be in- so nourishing for the soul

I look at all my library cards with such gratitude and happy memories
