Still watching Extraordinary Attorney Woo:

Attorney: "There is order in the courtroom. This is not some marketplace fight."

Ahahahahahahah, good one!

(I'll remind you that my assessment of the legal realism in this show is "Hollywood law.")

Some thoughts on Extraordinary Attorney Woo...

I've seen up to and including episode 4.

I like Woo. I find her interesting.

I like the treatment of autism in the show.

However. I dislike some of the soundtrack. It sounds childish to me. Not a fan.

I also hate the court scenes. Yes, yes, this is Korean law, which is significantly different from American law. Still, some of the legal maneuvering looks strikingly similar to Hollywood law. Not a fan of this either.

I searched for articles about the legal realism of this show, but came up empty-handed.

I feel like Daniel Silveira's run-ins with our Supreme Court are a great introduction to #LegalRealism.

The guy caused so much injury to the Justices personally that not even a presidential pardon saved him as the Justices just voted that that pardon was unconstitutional.

Also unsurprisingly, the Justices voted along "party lines". Aka, only the two Justices who were appointed by Bolsonaro voted against overturning his presidential pardon.
