I'm on my way to my NHS dental checkup. After just over 100 miles and just under 2 hours driving I've stopped for a break at Wetherby Services.

These are my favourite services because I like to stretch my legs after a long drive, and there is a nice track which is a PROW behind the services, allowing you to exit at one end behind a pond, have a walk next to a field, then back in again. They also have plenty of refreshment choices and are kept clean. They are also well placed for the stop I need when travelling to my West Yorkshire destinations, or for the first of the two stops I need heading to Surrey.

Ironically they are the next services going south from the Leeming Bar rest area, probably the worst motorway services in the UK.
