#LaufABC (dynamic running drills). I did this as separate run. Afterwards 2x 1.6 km threshold run @ 4:40/km w/ 1 min rest + 4x 200 m repetitions @ 4:20/km w/ 200m m jog. First threshold run was a bit too fast and more hard than comfortable. 2nd was perfect. The repetitions are as usual too fast but so much fun.
