Ricardo Harvin#TheGirlOnTheTrain, 2014, #DirectedBy #LarryBrand and starring the late #NickiAycox, #HenryIanCusick, and #StephenLang is a languid, pensive #noir that is solid even with the affectation of much of its dialogue.
Only 80 minutes, its two stories are told well, and the one's that "secondary" packs emotional weight in both tellings.
It honors noir traditions in its story and how it all plays and, though uneven, is worth watching for something different.
