Need some tech insight on an issue with a friends laptop.

Occasionally, the right third of the screen shows blurred lines, though adjusting the screen angle fixes it temporarily.

It seems certain angles cause this issue and moving it slightly wither way fixes it.

Which of this is the most likely

A) The screen
B) Cable connecting to the screen
C) Motherboard
D) Something else

My gut feel is the cable.
