I’m thinking of taking a #DesignThinking course as my elective this Fall. I can’t take comps yet, since I delayed the required course on theoretical and conceptual frameworks this past spring. My cohort is moving on without me. It’s ok though. I’ve made some solid connections and will hopefully make more in a new cohort. #phdLife #LTEC #EdTech

I’ve become quite interested in #heutagogy and #lifelongLearning as a result of my readings this semester. We were allowed to research anything we wished, and I went in this direction. Glad to have found an empirical study article. The majority have been conceptual or theoretical so far. #LTEC #InstructionalDesign

Attended new student orientation for the #LTEC program yesterday. Some slides I wanted to have handy: 1) define our field, 2) describe how things get more independent and less structured as we progress, and 3) lists the core courses we need to take.
