這位個案因為切除淋巴、延誤復健,導致右手長期一抬就痛,甚至連左手也舉不起來。

從七月開始,她固定每3–4週來做波耶,並搭配色彩光或LDT。剛開始時,只要測到肚臍的位置就痛到受不了。

慢慢地,經過幾次的平衡後,在上一次結束時,左手已經能無痛的舉起,右手也進步到大約能抬到下巴的位置。那時再三提醒她:不要再搬20公斤以上的重物,要讓手真正有休息和修復的時間。

隔了三週,今天的波耶帶來了兩個驚喜:
1️⃣ 測試時:左手完全不痛了,可以順利舉過頭頂(雖然還能感覺到肌肉有些緊繃)。✌️

2️⃣ 在測試後開始平衡右手時,突然發現她完全沒有喊痛!
我:「妳的手剛剛測試與現在都沒有痛嗎?」
她說:「對呀,完全沒有感覺到痛。」

那一刻我真心替她開心

結束整個平衡後再測試時,右手已經能抬到超過眼睛的位置!這對她來說,真的是很大的進步。

我們都為這樣的改變感到開心。
能夠從長期的疼痛裡慢慢走出來,真的很不容易。謝謝她願意嘗試、給自己時間,也讓我見證到這份美好的改變。✨
