Belegt wird dies vom EFBI-Team rund um Studienleiter Johannes Kiess mit neuen Daten, die auf mehr als 3000 Befragungen basieren und die Ergebnisse zur "industrial citizenship" der Leipziger Autoritarismus-Studie 2020 (#LAS2020) bestätigen:
Die Präsenz von Betriebsräten und #Gewerkschaften begünstigen diese Teilhabe-Erfahrungen. Hoch problematisch: Etwa ein Viertel der ostdeutschen Arbeitnehmer befürchtet Nachteile, wenn er o. sie im Betrieb über Gewerkschaften oder #Betriebsräte sprechen.
