1. The screen invites you to pair the phone as soon as you board, but you need Internet for that … and it has to be onboard Internet … which isn’t available until you’re in the air … or up at cruising altitude … honestly, why give me a 4-digit PIN code?
They even put a “Connect” button in the top right corner of every menu.
