I've just discovered an additional #accessibility feature in #KnockoutKings2002 and #KnockoutKings2003. When your fighter is starting to run dry on health, you will start to feel slow, soft pulses from the controller. The closer you are to going down, the stronger and faster these pulses get. This can be quite hard to notice at times, but it's definitely there.
