Introducing FUGE! No, this has nothing to do with fugitives. In fact, FUGE stands for the Free, Ultimate Guide to Emulation!
Created by @TheCube and inspired by @pixelate's Accessible Retro Games project, FUGE is a site that aims to give #blind and #VisuallyImpaired people the tools and skills they need in order to get into the exciting world of retro games and emulation. There is only a single page on the site right now, but the site aims to contain blind friendly guides for popular emulators such as RetroArch, @dolphin, @PCSX2 and more. FUGE is entirely #OpenSource, so anyone is welcome to contribute.

This guide took me all day to write, and is the result of months of time and research. It was admittedly more difficult to write than the guide to 2003, mainly due to the UI and menu structure in 2002 being a bit more involved. Career mode was especially hard to write about. I just hope it's not too confusing!
