I got a few rows of knitting done today too 🥰
I've been spending the majority of my day studying fermentation in multiple areas to help support gut-health and hopefully finding a few beverages that is better than soda for the weekends. Also been researching seitan and tofu recipies in the hopes of finding a protein source kiddo can eat since meat only works in jerky-form r.n. (kiddo's ARFID).
Bit at the end of the day, I got to sit down with a nice cup of coffee and an audiobook while knitting 🥰
I will very soon have to start spindling again. The brown åsenwool needs refilling. The white leicester will last the entire pattern thankfully 🥰

I baked bread and made a big batch of food so I don't have to worry bout lunch tomorrow. Then I wanted to knit but the cat had stolen my knitting 😅 I finally got it back when I fed the cats around 9pm. So I have managed a few rows today at least 🤣

After a day of cooking and cleaning and helping out a neighbor, I am finally sat on the couch knitting after a warm comfortable dinner.
Progress is rather slow for being me but I am actively taking my time. Slowing down the process to really enjoy the feel of my yarn becoming this sweater. 🥰

I can finally knit a sweater with my own yarn 🥰 Finished my scarf yesterday and after having cooked and dealing with laundry most of the day I finally sat down during the evening and started.

Kiddos oversized croptop got done yesterday. Buuut she refused to let me borrow it for pictures so I had to wait for tonight after she went to bed 😅

Kiddo's sweater, a oversized croptop, is almost done. It's been finished knitwise, washed and is currently blocked. When it's dried I will fasten the last ends and make a final fit to see if kiddo likes it, wants it as is or if we make a small neckline.

The yarn to finish kiddos sweater came in the mail today! Finally I can finish the project.
But before I really lock in for the afternoon and evening. I'm gonna bake some cookies for Valentines.
We don't celebrate it like this big commercial thing. No, I usually make the entire family a nice meal, maybe some cookies or pastries and if possible we have a night with boardgames or movies.
