Artemis BJJ 🥋🌈🖖IIRC, this was the first #kneebar setup I ever learned, from Jeff Knight (a #BJJ black belt who trained under Danaher before the King of Slow Motion Talking got famous) at one of the early #BJJGlobetrotters camps in Heidelberg.
As much as I dislike leglocks, kneebars are the ones I feel most comfortable with. I find the mechanics less scary. 😉
