Also; apparently even though there is 4 levels of hierarchy of security guards at the Pimlico Racetrack, fence holes are no problem, and the head of security can’t even get his own guards to use the main entrances.
Even after someone was killed on his property.
Nor did he, or apparently anyone else, question the security guard who actually found the body.
The other guard worked on the OTHER SIDE of the racetrack from where the body was found.
Did not write any notes. Filed no type of incident report for a killing that happened on a property he was in charge of. 4/
