#FirstWorldProblems of a #iceshrimp user

I like #moshidon for my fedi app. It looks pretty, can do emoji reactions, but on my grapheneOS, it doesn't do notifications.

So I tried out #husky, which does notifications, but stopped actually sending the emoji reactions at some point. Without any erorr message 🤨

There is still #kaiteki, but I can't warm up to the UI for some reason.

So moshidon it is, for now. I'll just have to check in manually from time to time

@ifixcoinops @ferret the only downfall is it seems that mobile clients are a bit hard to find. I know there is #kaiteki for android, not sure what is available for iOS, maybe just the progressive web app.

Can you please specify for which system you are looking for a #client?
#Desktop? -> #Windows, #macOS, #Linux?
#Mobile? -> #Android, #iOS?

For #Android systems I recommend the #AriaApp. You can find it on F-Droid (https://f-droid.org/packages/com.poppingmoon.aria) or Github (https://github.com/poppingmoon/aria). For #Linux-based operating systems, on the other hand, there is afaik just #Kaiteki, but I'm not entirely satisfied with its range of functions and its design. Instead, on the desktop I prefer to use #Sharkey directly in the browser.

With #Apple systems I have no experience and therefore can't comment on this.

There are so many great #mastodon clients. My favorite from those I tried so far is @moshidon. Right now I am on @mastify, it's amazing but right now it lacks lot of features. There are also lot of other great clients like #Tusky and #Kaiteki.
