Just noticed that in https://ksmart.lsgkerala.gov.in/
anyone can download anyone's payment receipt only using 10 digit mobile number used at the time of payment.

I tested this with 2 of my friends mobile number and able to download their receipts with

* Door no.
* address
* amount
* building ID
* bank transaction ID

Their UI require mobile OTP to download, but their API doesn't require any.
