My daughter wants me to dress up for Halloween as Abby Saja from K-pop Demon Hunters. I've got 5 months to get a 6 pack 😬 I'll need to lose about 1kg fat a week for 10 weeks then 0.5kg a week for another 10 weeks all while making gains. Not wanting to disappoint a 4yo is great motivation. Wish me luck (and hold me accountable). Oh, I also need to turn Korean but that should be easy given the plastic surgery industry in Seoul.
