Save my #seder!

The self-cleaning cycle on my oven fried the electronic control panel. I've found recipes for stove top and Instant Pot brisket, but I'm suspicious. Does anyone have a non-oven brisket recipe they swear by?

This is going to be the (secular) year when I actually finish writing an album of Jewish music and maybe even get my wonderful partner to produce it for me in our ancient-but-functional home studio.
