Darren NevaresI remember at my pizza job we'd serve cheesecake slices that came from a frozen package so whenever someone would order one we'd just grab it out of the walk-in.
Well one time a customer came in and tried to order 3 full cheesecakes and wanted them prepared in a specific way with all these extra toppings. I looked at her and said we didn't serve a full cake just the slices and gave her the total for the slices which was astromically high for a frozen cheesecake previously bought from CostCo. She agreed and then when I told her we are a pizza shop and do not have the toppings is when she got mad and slammed our glass door and broke the handle.
I'm still shocked and wondering why this woman wanted 3 full cheesecakes with toppings from a pizza shop connected to a gas station.

I talk about work a lot because I've had a lot of different bosses and work environments. However I remember when I worked at a local restaurant and the owner at the time, I swear did not know what condensation was, because every time I would fill up my water bottle with ice or a cold drink form the fridge it would cause condensation funnily enough.
She would tell me that my water bottle was leaking because she saw the little water droplets around where my bottle was or when I picked up my bottle to sip it.
There was a moment when she told me this probably the 5th time that week, that I just stared at her like she was crazy after giving her no reaction because I was busy, you know, working.
The irony of that job was I only started above minimum wage was because the other owner thought the minimum wage was $7.75 instead of $7.25.
