Food adventures continue!

Canada is represented by Jigg's dinner, traditionally eaten on Sundays in Newfoundland (last province to join confederation). I couldn't find my peas pudding bag and did it in the instapot instead. A little looser than normal but it'll be fine by the time it's eaten as leftovers. Everything on the plate is Canadian! This was so comforting - it's been ages since I've made Jigg's dinner and it was nice to have food from home on the mainland.
