For some reason, the song “Day by Day” from Godspell is now tumbling around my brain this morning.

I always had a thing for early 70s Jesus freak musicals. I wasn’t allowed to watch (blasphemous!) but I secretly memorized their soundtracks.

We actually got away with singing “Day by Day” in church once.

And it still blows my mind that Victor Garber was the insanely cute Bozo the clown Jesus with a fro LOL.

Yes THAT Victor Garber.
