Danie van der MerweIvory for Mastodon by Tapbots is a great new Mastodon app for iPhone and iPad, and is developed by the same company that created the popular Tweetbot client for Twitter.
It has rating of 4.9 from 666 reviews. But like many iOS apps I see monthly and yearly subs, so hopefully that is for advanced features.
