Sorting out a Brazil-esque cable nightmare behind the family TV I was baffled by three HDMI connections plugged in, given they only have one device.

Yes, a HDMI cable had both ends plugged into the TV. The TV input switcher was *very* angry about this. #ITschristmas

"I'd supplied several months of phone support for a windows PC someone had thoughtlessly given my MiL. One sticking point was that she'd been unable to use the CD-ROM drive successfully. On visiting I retrieved about 10 discs that had been carefully pushed between two plastic blanking plates on the front of the case" #ITschristmas

Bruhaha Dec 16, 2024

If you're around on Christmas Eve, we'll be open from 9am until 8pm with some festive goings on before we put out the mince pies, carrots and whisky and hang up the Bruhaha stocking. We'll have mulled drinks, mince pies, boozy hot chocolate and at 4pm @breakoutvoices will be popping along to the brewpub with a special Christmas Carol Sing-A-Long.
