I would fire #IowaHawkeye football coach Kirk Ferentz. He goes out to get an FCS QB who'd won the Walter Payton award in 2023, the FCS equivalent of the Heisman. Does he implement a passing game to balance the offense? Does he recruit a couple of 4-star WRs to complement his star QB?

Nope.

Ferentz is a curmudgeon of the past. A defense guy, he won't recruit top skill players on offense, except at TE, and mainly for blocking, not catching. His entire stable of WRs are all 3-stars or lower. 🙃
