20 juni internationella flyktingdagen och sista regionfullmäktige innan sommaren. Sista punkt på dagordningen är motion från SD om att införa avgiftstrappa för språktolk. Efter lång debatt är slutresultatet avslag. S, V, MP, C, KD och L röstar för avslag. SD och M röstar för.
