I might have an opportunity in front of me. The way my work does paid time off is really dumb. My hire date just rolled over so all my pro expired and I have zero paid time off.
I think I need to take about a month off to recover my mental health a bit
The typical process as I understand it is that you have to burn up your paid time off, and then your short-term disability paid sick leave can kick in. Since I have almost no paid time off as it is, I should be able to start digging into that #Healthcare benefit, right?
I know it's not going to be quite that simple but does anyone else tried this, does it work, even with my UnitedHealthcare coverage?
