Does anyone know what this is?

Looks like a bee or a fly to me.
The dark head and chest look like a fly, but the butt is more bee. Although it's missing the stripes. Looks more like a furry amber-butt, so kinda curious what this is.
It was about the size of a bumblebee, though a bit smaller.
Region: Flanders, Belgium.
