#Initiative135 looks like it passed! It authorizes Seattle to build "social housing": a mixed-income affordable housing that tenants have an ownership share in. It's successful in Europe.

Seattle #housing is plain unaffordable for anyone making less than $75K per year. Conventional programs can't build lower-income homes fast enough.
